Dragomir is a fully trained and insured practitioner of Traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and acupressure massage, which he has practiced successfully since 1997. He is a Fellow of the Acupuncture Society, one of the main professional organisations representing TCM and acupuncture practitioners in the UK. The Acupuncture Society is an active member of the Acupuncture Stakeholder Working Group set by the DoH to map the future of the acupuncture profession in the UK.
Dragomir has studied deep tissue, sports and remedial massage both in the UK and Bulgaria and has been practicing manual therapy for over 20 years. He completed a four-year degree-level Diploma course in acupuncture and Chinese medicine at the College of Chinese Medicine, London and has been in practice since 1997. He gained his Masters Degree in Clinical Neuroscience with Distinction from Roehampton University, London, his dissertation being on the neuro-endocrine correlates and motor control regulation in Chronic Low Back Pain. He studied Musculo-skeletal Ultrasound at Canterbury Christchurch University, Kent and completed his clinical training at Ealing Hospital, London under the supervision of Dr Waseem Bashir, a Consultant Musculoskeletal Radiologist who has extensive experience of dynamic musculoskeletal ultrasound diagnosis and intervention as well as being the lead author of numerous publications and presentations as regards low back pain, biomechanics, muscle and tendon disorders.
He has extensive experience of treating various musculo-skeletal conditions and especially sports injuries and trauma, with both acupuncture and acupressure massage. Upper back/neck, lower back, shoulder, hip and knee problems constitute the main part of his work. He has also achieved good results in the treatment of stress and depression, neurological, menstrual/fertility, digestive and endocrine disorders as well as in the supportive treatment for patients receiving chemo- and radiotherapy for various cancers.

​Dragomir is the Vice-Principal of CCM West London and a senior lecturer at the College. Based on his sports, martial arts, massage and acupuncture experience, he developed and has been teaching the Advanced Acupressure Massage Course at the College since 2000 both in the UK and abroad. At the College he also teaches the TCM Foundation, Auricular Acupuncture, Acupuncture Meridian stretch, TCM Orthopaedic diagnosis and Orthopaedic Acupuncture courses.
